In short
Nomeriu plans filling, protein forward dinners you actually want to eat and puts them on one shopping list, so the week is decided before you are hungry. Every recipe shows calories and protein per serving. There are no banned foods, no points and no guilt words, and weight tracking is optional.
Nomeriu shares general food information, not medical advice. Talk to your GP or specialist before changing your diet, salt, fluids or medicines.
What the sources say
The NHS suggests filling half your plate with vegetables, including some protein in each meal, and keeping starchy food to no more than a third of what you eat each day.
