What is Nomeriu?

Nomeriu is a recipe, meal planning, grocery list and daily tracking app for everyone, with tailoring for health conditions when you choose it. Read more about Nomeriu.

How does meal planning work?

Answer 3 questions and Nomeriu suggests tonight's dinner and fills your week. Swap or drag any meal, and the grocery list updates, grouped by aisle.

What kind of recipes are there?

Quick dinners, family favourites, high protein, budget, meal prep, slow cooker, air fryer and fakeaways, with filters for gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian.

What can I track?

Meals, water, sleep, mood and energy, each in a tap or two. Supplements and medicines too, with reminders at the times you choose.

Is the app free?

Yes, the free plan stays free: every recipe on this website to read in full, about 30 everyday recipes in the app plus a new free recipe every week, Today tracking (water, meals, check-in, low energy days), medicines and every reminder, all your logging with 30 days of history, export of everything, and 3 photo reads a month included (receipts, shopping lists and cookbook pages). Nomeriu Plus adds the full recipe library, the week planned in one tap, Smart shop, budgets, your full history with patterns over months and an appointment summary. Try Plus free for 7 days, then €4.49 a month or €39.99 a year (£3.99 or £34.99 in the UK), VAT included. Cancel any time in two taps. Open the app at /app.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Nomeriu runs in the browser. On a phone you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app, and it keeps working offline once opened.

Is Nomeriu medical advice?

No. Nomeriu shares general information with links to public health sources (HSE, NHS, WHO) and charities. Check any change to salt, fluids, diet or medication with your GP or specialist.

Does Nomeriu help with conditions like POTS or IBS?

Nomeriu is for everyone, and you can tailor it for conditions such as POTS, IBS, EDS, MCAS, PCOS and menopause, so recipes and tips match what you have told it. It does not diagnose or treat anything. Our Kind Days guide explains what UK charities and the NHS suggest, with conditions as chapters and every source linked.
