Plan your week in two minutes
No spreadsheets, no Sunday evening dread. Three steps and dinner is never a question.
Tell Nomeriu how you eat
Three quick questions: which meals, how much time, anything you avoid.
Your week fills itself
Seven days of dinners in one tap. Drag to swap, or pick your own.
Shop, cook, done
The list is ready, and cook mode shows one big step at a time.

Recipes you will actually cook
Quick dinners, family favourites, budget and meal prep. Filter by time and diet, scale servings, and cook one step at a time.
The shopping list writes itself
Plan the week and the list is done: combined across recipes, grouped by aisle and scaled to your servings.
- An estimated cost in your own currency, with an optional weekly budget
- Your own shops and aisle order, wherever you live
- Scan a receipt or a barcode to tick things off

A ten second daily check-in
Water, meals, sleep and how today feels, in a few taps. Rings fill as the day goes, and patterns build up over weeks on their own.

Reminders that respect you
Nomeriu nudges gently, then gets out of the way.
Ads. Not now, not later.
Nudge a day at most, at a time you choose. Ignore one three times and it rests for a week.
Taps to cancel Plus, with a reminder before you ever pay.
Share what you cook
Send a recipe or a whole week as a beautiful card. Friends open it, copy your week into their own plan and change anything they like. No health data ever leaves your phone.
Built with care, for every kind of day
Living with EDS, POTS, IBS, MCAS or another food need? Choose it in Settings and Nomeriu adds tagged recipes, symptom and energy notes, a Low-energy day mode and a summary for appointments. Nobody else sees any of it.
Good days and hard days both count. Rest is part of the plan, not a failure of it.
Shaped with Emma and linked to public health sources (the HSE in Ireland, the NHS in the UK) and patient charities. General information, never medical advice. Read the Kind Days guide
