## Using Nomeriu

These terms cover the Nomeriu website, and the app at [/app](https://nomeriu.com/app/). By using them you agree to these terms.

## Not medical advice

Nomeriu shares general information about food and wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to your GP or specialist before changing your diet, salt, fluids or medication. In an emergency call 999 or 112.

## Food information and scores

Nomeriu pairs your choices with published sources. It is information, not medical or dietary advice. Always read the product label and speak to a professional about your health. Product details come from Open Food Facts, a crowd sourced database that can be incomplete or out of date. The Fit for you score reflects your settings in Nomeriu, not a safety rating, and all additives listed are approved for use in the EU. The receipt and list reader uses AI: please check what it read before saving.

## Nomeriu Plus subscriptions

Nomeriu Plus is an optional subscription: €4.49 a month or €39.99 a year (£3.99 or £34.99 in the UK), VAT included. New members get a 7 day free trial, once per account. If you do not cancel during the trial, the plan you chose starts when the trial ends and renews automatically every month or every year until you cancel. We remind you two days before a trial ends.

You can cancel any time in the app: open Account, then Manage subscription. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After a payment you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and it then stops. If you ask for access to start straight away, you can still cancel within 14 days of signing up for a pro rata refund of anything you paid. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed and refunded by those stores under their own terms. Prices can change. If they do, we tell you before your next renewal and you can cancel before the new price applies. The free plan stays free.

## Your content

Anything you log in the app stays yours. If you send us a recipe idea or message, you let us use it to reply and improve Nomeriu.

## Community rules

Be kind and stick to the recipe. No swearing, abuse, links or adverts. Staff check reports, and first reviews are checked before they show. You can report any review, or block its writer, from the recipe page. Report anything else to [contact@nomeriu.com](mailto:contact@nomeriu.com).

## Our content

You are welcome to quote and link to our guides with credit and a link back. Please do not copy whole pages.

Recipes, photos, guides and food data in Nomeriu are ours or licensed to us. Please do not use bots, scrapers or scripts to copy them in bulk, call our API outside the app, or use them to build another product or dataset. Search engines and AI assistants that link back to us are welcome under the rules in our robots.txt.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
