# Refunds and cancellation

> You can cancel Nomeriu Plus at any time. Cancel during the 7 day free trial and you pay nothing. Within 14 days of signing up on our website you can ask for a pro rata refund. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by those stores.

## Cancelling during the free trial

New members get a 7 day free trial, once per account. Cancel any time before it ends and you are never charged. We email you two days before the trial ends.

## Cancelling a paid plan

Open the app, go to Account, then Manage subscription. Your plan stops renewing straight away and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. The free plan stays free.

## Your 14 day right to withdraw

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a Nomeriu Plus subscription bought on our website within 14 days of signing up. Because Plus starts straight away at your request, we refund what you paid minus the share for the days you already used. To withdraw, email contact@nomeriu.com from the address on your account, or cancel in the app and then email us. We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of your request.

## App Store and Google Play

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google take the payment and handle refunds under their own terms. Cancel in your device subscription settings. To ask for a refund, use [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) for Apple, or the order in your Google Play account for Google.

## Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels a website subscription first, so you are not charged again. You can delete it in the app under Account, or on the [delete account page](https://nomeriu.com/delete-account) without signing in. A store subscription must be cancelled in the store.
