# Delete your account

Enter the email you sign in with. We send a 6 digit code to that address, and once you confirm, the account and everything Nomeriu holds about it is deleted.

Enter your sign in email at https://nomeriu.com/delete-account and confirm with the emailed code, or email contact@nomeriu.com.

## What is deleted

Your account, sign in email and password, passkeys, sessions, Plus days, promo codes, invite codes and invite links to or from other accounts, roles and notification subscriptions. Logs you keep in the app stay on your own device until you clear them in Profile.

## Subscriptions

A subscription bought on our website is cancelled first, so you are not charged again. Stripe keeps its own invoice records as the law requires. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in that store. See [refunds and cancellation](https://nomeriu.com/refunds).
